stands for 'best case'. It is a Process Voltage Temperature(PVT) corner, mainly related to
Static Timing Analysis. Under 'bc' conditions, the chip is expected to produce best performance
That is, it will work with fastest clock.That means propagation delays through the gates are
minimum under these circumstances. Temperature is low(cooler), Voltage is
high, process is as close to ideal as possible under 'bc' conditions. Under 'bc' conditions,
Hold timing problems are aggravated. That means hold problems are more likely to be showed
off under these circumstances.
