Abstract:
Synthesis Subband Filter is the bottelneck in the design of MP3 decoder,
and it dictatates the lowest frequency at which the decoder will work
The less the frequency, the less is the power consumed by the decoder.
At the moment experiments are being done to evaluate if 1 MHz clock is
sufficient for decoding of MP3 file. The results of the analysis will soon be
posted here
